Grievance Redressal

At InsureDost (Pinakin Insurance Brokers Private Limited, IRDAI Licence No. 1172), we are committed to serving you fairly. If you are not satisfied with our service, please raise a grievance and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Step 1 — Contact us

Step 2 — Grievance / Compliance Officer
If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer:

We will acknowledge your grievance promptly and endeavour to resolve it within the timelines prescribed by IRDAI (ordinarily within 14 days of receipt).
Step 3 — Escalate to IRDAI
If your grievance is not resolved within a reasonable time, or you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may approach the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI):
- IRDAI Bima Bharosa grievance portal: bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in
- By email to the IRDAI Consumer Affairs / Grievance Redressal cell, and via IRDAI's grievance call centre, as published on the IRDAI website.
Step 4 — Insurance Ombudsman
For grievances relating to a policy, you may also approach the office of the Insurance Ombudsman having jurisdiction, in accordance with the Insurance Ombudsman Rules. Details of the Ombudsman offices are available at cioins.co.in (Council for Insurance Ombudsmen).
